Welcome to the Petfolio Online Store. The use of the Petfolio Online Store is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order to the Petfolio Online Store indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Petfolio reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

2. PAYMENT

Payment is required at the time of purchase and placement of your order. Payment is charged/debited at the end of the complete check-out process.

You will not be charged prior to the final step, and can choose not to proceed at any time before payment is taken

Petfolio Online Store accepts payment via Credit Card / Bank Transfer / PayNow or Cash On Delivery. You must comply with the applicable T&Cs of these providers.

3. SHIPPING And DELIVERY

Petfolio Online Store delivers your purchases right to your doorstep.

Upon delivery, please check to ensure that the total number of packages (including cartons and plastic bags) received is as indicated on the invoice, before acknowledging the delivery. Should there be any discrepancies, please inform the delivery personnel immediately. Petfolio Online will not be held responsible for carton discrepancies after delivery is accepted.

Customers, who wish to have their purchases left outside their home, should note that Petfolio shall not be held responsible for any damage or missing items after the delivery has been made.

Most orders received will ship out next working day provided the products ordered are in stock, Otherwise will ship within two working days. You will receive a Message thru Whatsapp on confirmation of delivery.

We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. Kindly note that there is no delivery on Sunday & Public Holiday.

There is a delivery charge of $10 if your purchase is below $100. Any single purchase above $100 entitles you to free local delivery. Do note that deliveries are made available to SINGAPORE ONLY

A re-delivery fee of $20 applies in the event of an unsuccessful delivery / failure of delivery. Additional $20 delivery charges involved for CBD areas.

Please note that there will be additional charges for delivery without lift landing.

Cancelling Order

In the event of customer would like to cancel any product/s ordered upon arrival. There will be a delivery charge of $20 surcharge of cancellation fee.
Please note that there NO CANCELLATION  for order after repacking.

 

4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Goods Sold are NON REFUNDABLE 

Petfolio must be inform and the item(s) must be returned within 3 days of purchase in its original packaging and condition.

Exchange or return of item(s) are to be made personally at Petfolio at 253 Changi road, otherwise a transport change of $20 will be charge.

Petfolio Online will only exchange due to manufacturers’ defect.

We require the original tax invoice as proof of purchase. No refund will be made.

5. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Whilst Petfolio Online Store try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the Petfolio Store are accurate, errors may occur.

If we discover an error in the price or the availabilty of any goods, which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

Our privacy policy, which sets out how we will use your personal information, can be found at Privacy Policy. By using this Petfolio Online Store, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. Our Store is not responsible for the actions of third parties.

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and our billing agent has debited your credit or debit card.

8. REGISTRATION

Where you register for the Petfolio Online Store the stated terms and conditions apply. You must provide us with true and accurate registration information. You must keep any user name and password allocated to you confidential, and we are entitled to assume that anyone using that user name and password is you.

9. REPACKING SERVICES 

All repacking services provided by [us][Petfolio] are done at your own risk and [we][Petfolio] makes no representation or guarantee as to the condition of the said repacking services.

You agree to indemnity Petfolio against all claims rising out of damage or loss of use to any products purchased as a result of the repacking of any products by Petfolio.

Cession

Petfolio shall be entitled to cede, assign and delegate all or any of its rights and obligations in terms of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices to any third party.

10. POINT SYSTEM
-Points can only be used for petfolio.com.sg not applicable for retail shops
-Customers are required to log in and check out as member in order to gain points and exchange for discounts
-Do take note that there will be no points rewarded for guest account
-$1 equivalent to 1 point
-Shop and accumulate up to at least 500points in order to redeem for $10 discount

11. Delivery surcharge of $10 will not gain reward points.
