The Catit Senses 2.0 Wellness Center was designed to be the ultimate relaxation spot. The Wellness Center includes a wide variety of brushes, textures and massage ridges to help your cat relax and groom themselves. All of the features are easily accessible from all sides to suit any cat’s personal preferences and grooming habits.

If your cat likes catnip, they are in for a treat! The Wellness Center includes a batch of dried catnip herbs of Canadian quality to be sprinkled on top of the different features.
Broad cushion
The green padded cushion is perfectly sized for a lie down or nap and feels comfortable to the touch. The cushion includes a set of velcro adhesive strips to secure it in place on the Wellness Center.
Ergonomic base with massage ridges
The Senses 2.0 Wellness Center has a low ergonomic base with wavy massage ridges on either side. These will help satisfy any itch that needs scratching and/or massaging, even in those hard-to-reach areas.
Durable combs
Cats like to keep clean and groom themselves. To help them along, the product includes dual flexible combs to remove and collect loose and shedding hair.
Multi-purpose massager

At the very top of the Wellness Center sits a special massager that is ideally shaped for your cat’s head, neck and face. A great instrument for relieving stress and relaxing in general.
Catnip top with gum stimulator
Good dental hygiene helps prevent illness and bad breath. While your cats are gently gnawing on the textured nub of the gum stimulator, they are actually cleaning their gums and teeth. You can stimulate your furry friends by adding catnip herb to the top.Important! Reduce the amount of catnip or remove the gum stimulator when you feel your cats are in danger of hurting themselves because of their excitement.Always supervise your cat when using catnip on the Wellness Center top. Immediately lower the amount of catnip when your cat starts violently biting the green top to prevent it from hurting itself. Start with low amounts of catnip and build up gradually.
The amount of catnip used is key for a safe usage of the Wellness Center.Easy to clean
The Senses 2.0 Wellness Center is easy to disassemble and clean. The cushion can be wiped clean with a damp cloth, while the plastics can be hand-washed. It’s best to use natural soap that is free of chemicals or abrasive solutions and rinse thoroughly afterward.

THE EFFECTS OF CATNIP
Catnip BlossomCatnip, Nepeta cataria, is a member of the mint family of herbs. For centuries humans have grown catnip for humans, but the herb is best known for its action on cats. The chemical in catnip called nepetalactone is what cats respond to. However, not all cats react to catnip. Kittens will not show the behavior until they are at least 6-8 weeks old.
About 80% of adult cats (including many kinds of wild cats!) react to this intoxicating herb. The catnip reaction is inherited, and some cats are totally unaffected by it, but when they do react – YEOWWW!If you’ve never seen a cat respond to catnip, you’re in for quite a show. Licking, tumbling around, ’bunnykicking,’ rubbing, and lots of slobbering that typically lasts for 10-15 crazy, exciting minutes. After that the cat mellows out, ’resetting’ itself before it indulges in another irresistible encounter of catnip bliss.
Catnip is an extremely safe herb for cats AND for humans!
When we say they really react, we mean YEOWWW! They react. Cats are predators by nature, so they can attack our toys with a good bit of enthusiasm; don’t be scared if they break the toy because catnip is edible and cats love it. Being made from a durable cotton twill fabric means that they can easily be sewn back for your kitty’s continued enjoyment. Our toys are strong, but some cats are even stronger!
To make sure that your cat gets the best reaction to catnip it is important that you don’t store catnip in the freezer. While it might preserve freshness of other herbs, the cold breaks down the oils containing nepetalactone which is what drives kitties so crazy and puts them in that DuckyWorld frenzy!
