The Orijen Large Breed Puppy Dog Food features a diet that is 85% richly-nourishing meat (2/3 fresh or raw, 1/3 gently dehydrated) and a protein level of 38% to replicate your dog’s natural diet. This nourishing meat includes free-run chicken and turkey, wild-caught fish and nest-laid eggs – all regionally sourced and delivered fresh (never frozen) without preservatives. This food has been infused with freeze-dried chicken and turkey liver, which boost the flavour and make the food more palatable even for the pickiest puppies. The last 15% of the ingredients include fresh and local fruits, vegetables and botanicals for complete and balanced nutrition. All of these high-quality ingredients combine to create a low glycemic and low carbohydrate formula that is unmatched by any other dry large breed puppy food!
